Big Mom Pirates

A tyrannical pirate queen with the strength of a monster. She is the infamous captain of the Big Mom Pirates, the uncontested ruler of Totto Land, and one of the Four Emperors of the Sea. Her violent pirate career has spanned over six decades and destroyed countless lives. This individual poses a fundamental threat to global civilization.  

Associates – Charlotte Linlin, better known as "Big Mom", holds large expanses of territory in the New World. She is known for arranging political marriages between her numerous children and prospective allies. She oversees several subordinate crews and criminal partners, while also associating with prominent members of the global underworld.

A warrior imbued with the will of a conqueror. He is a Sweet Commander of the Big Mom Pirates and effectively the crew’s second in command. Katakuri's famous undefeated streak was recently spoiled by Monkey D. Luffy during the latter’s invasion of Totto Land. His immediate eradication is of the utmost importance to the World Government. 

Associates – Katakuri is the 2nd son of the Charlotte Family and is close with his triplet brothers Oven and Daifuku. Fulfilling his role as Minister of Flour, he is responsible for the inhabitants of Komugi Island and the business conducted there. Holding an immense amount of respect from his family, crew, and even rivals, he is an infamous New World pirate.

Crimes – Piracy, Assault, Robbery, Murder, Destruction of government property, Threatening and/or blackmailing a government official, Assaulting an intelligence agent

One of the strongest women in the world. She is a Sweet Commander of the Big Mom Pirates and the most powerful female in the crew after Big Mom herself. She has maintained her position as a commander due to her combat capabilities and effectiveness as a leader. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – Smoothie is the 14th daughter of the Charlotte Family and shares a close relationship with her triplet sisters Citron and Cinnamon. As Minister of Juice, she uses her unique abilities to enhance the juicing capabilities of 100% Island. Her prominent position in the Big Mom Pirates makes her an influential figure in the New World.

Crimes – Piracy, Assault, Robbery, Kidnapping, Murder, Torture, Threatening and/or blackmailing a government official

This individual single-handedly accounts for one of Totto Land's top military forces. He is the third of Big Mom's Sweet Commanders and remains something of an enigma, as neither his abilities nor his true appearance are fully understood. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – "Thousand Arms Cracker" is the 10th son of the Charlotte Family, sharing a bond with his triplet siblings Custard and Angel. In his role as Minister of Biscuits, Cracker uses his apparent expertise in production techniques to improve the capabilities of Biscuits Island. He is notably reclusive, especially in contrast to many of his siblings.

A confectionary expert and sadistic pirate. Perospero fills an advisory role to Big Mom and his importance within the Big Mom Pirates cannot be overstated. Government intelligence indicates that his influence might equal or even exceed that of the Sweet Commanders. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – Perospero is the 1st son and the eldest child of the Charlotte Family. As the Minister of Candy, he uses his unique abilities in numerous practical applications, such as in construction and transportation on Candy Island. He is well acquainted with members of the underworld and often represents the Big Mom Pirates in their business dealings.

A sorcerer who commands a strange mystical power. Daifuku is one of the highest ranked officers in the Big Mom Pirates and a designated naval commander. With an entire battlegroup at his disposal, he is one of Big Mom's most experienced sea warfare specialists. This is a dangerous criminal with significant offensive capabilities, approach with serious caution. 

Associates – Daifuku is the 3rd son of the Charlotte Family and shares a special bond with his triplet brothers Katakuri and Oven. As the Minister of Beans, he is responsible for the inhabitants of Poripori Island and its operations. One of the more outgoing members of the Charlotte Family, he is in frequent contact with their allies and business partners.

A hot-headed and powerful pirate officer. Oven is one of the highest ranking Big Mom Pirates and a designated military commander. With decades under his belt as an expert strategist and army general, he is one of Big Mom's most trusted sons. This is a dangerous criminal with significant offensive capabilities, approach with serious caution. 

Associates – Oven is the 4th son of the Charlotte Family and shares a special bond with his triplet brothers Katakuri and Daifuku. As the Minister of Browned Food, he resides on Yakigashi Island and is heavily involved in Totto Land's culinary processes. One of the oldest and most well-known children in the family, he is a prominent New World pirate.

This master bookkeeper doubles as an expert strategist. He is an officer of the Big Mom Pirates and a prominent member of the Charlotte Family. It appears that Mont-d'Or also serves as a jailkeeper within the territories of Totto Land. This is a dangerous criminal with significant offensive capabilities, approach with serious caution. 

Associates – The "Book-Keeper” Mont-d’Or is the 19th son of the Charlotte Family. As Totto Land's Minister of Cheese, his administrative duties naturally involve the inhabitants and industries of Cheese Island. Although not one of the oldest children in the family, he has emerged as a highly capable and competent member of the crew.

Well presented and properly educated, this gentlemen baron is also a talented fighter. A Knight combatant in the Big Mom Pirates, Tamago is one of the few individuals in the crew to hold comparable authority to the biological children of Big Mom. This is a dangerous criminal with significant offensive capabilities, approach with serious caution. 

Associates – Baron Tamago is a longtime member of the Big Mom Pirates, and his loyalty has only been further proven in the recent shakeup which saw several members of the crew defect. As a Knight, he has authority over lower ranking members of the crew, and often visits their New World territories as a representative and/or diplomat.

A capable fighter from the phantom island Zou. This mink was a longtime combatant of the Big Mom Pirates, however it seems that he is one of several members to defect during the recent incident at Totto Land. His current status is unknown, as he was never witnessed leaving Big Mom’s territory.  

Associates – Pekoms was once a member of the all-mink pirate crew, the Nox Pirates. He ultimately left the crew during their semi-disbandment, and eventually found himself in Totto Land where he joined the ranks of the Big Mom Pirates. With his apparent betrayal of a powerful New World crew, his future as a pirate is uncertain.

An old fashioned mafia don turned full-time pirate. He is captain of the Firetank Pirates and a Worst Generation member. After years of accumulating enemies in the West Blue, he set out to sea. Most recently he was a combatant for the Big Mom Pirates, but ultimately betrayed them. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – Capone "Gang" Bege was the boss of one of the Five Families of the West for many years. Even amongst fellow underworld associates, he was known as a violent instigator who would conduct high profile assassinations with the intent of undermining rival organizations. He briefly allied his crew with the Straw Hat Pirates on Whole Cake Island.

Crimes – Piracy, Theft, Trespassing, Fraud, Racketeering, Grand Larceny, Illegal weapons dealing, Assault, Robbery, Kidnapping, Murder, Torture, Threatening and/or blackmailing a government official

Loyal to a fault, this mob advisor is a rising star. He is the consigliere of the Firetank Pirates and the right hand of Capone “Gang” Bege. After incurring the wrath of the Big Mom Pirates, Vito and his crew were recently spotted in Dressrossa while on the run. This is a dangerous criminal with significant offensive capabilities, approach with serious caution.  

Associates – As a former member of the Five Families of the West, “Big Gun” Vito is an established underworld figure. Although he and his crew have made numerous enemies due to their tendency to sabotage rival organizations, they are also known to form genuine alliances when it suits their purposes, such as with the Straw Hat Pirates.

A fiercely loyal button man and mafia enforcer. He is a combatant and the designated hitman of the Firetank Pirates. With numerous murders under his belt in the West Blue, Grand Line, and now the New World, he is nothing short of a cold-blooded killer. This is a dangerous criminal with significant offensive capabilities, approach with serious caution.  

Associates – As a top hitman for Capone "Gang" Bege, Gotti is a well-known assassin in the criminal underworld. His gang has made plenty of enemies over time, namely in the West Blue where Gotti in particular was the triggerman responsible for numerous high-profile hits. Despite this, the crew has also entered into alliances with other pirate groups.

A notorious fishman pirate who was a member of the Sun Pirates and Seven Warlords of the Sea before resigning from both groups. According to the World Economy News Paper, he has now joined the ranks of the Straw Hat Pirates as a helmsman. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – Despite his criminal status, "Knight of the Sea" Jinbe is known to hold strong influence in the Ryugu Kingdom on Fishman Island. He is connected to the remaining Sun Pirates faction, in addition to being a prominent ally of the disbanded Whitebeard Pirates. He was an associate of the Big Mom Pirates until his defection to the Straw Hats.

Crimes – Piracy, Theft, Trespassing, Assault, Robbery, Destruction of government property, Abuse of a government position, Threatening and/or blackmailing a government official, Participating in a prison riot, Escaping a government detention facility, Treason 

A veteran merman leading the remaining Sun Pirates. With the departure of Jinbe to the Straw Hats, he was the obvious frontrunner for the captain position. As with most fishmen, it is recommended to avoid confrontation at sea and wait for opportunities on land. This is a dangerous criminal with significant offensive capabilities, approach with serious caution. 

Associates – Aladdin is a prominent Sun Pirate holdover from Fisher Tiger's era, and as such he is well known in the world of fishmen. The Sun Pirates were previously an ally of the Big Mom Pirates, but defected alongside their captain Jinbe. They were last seen fleeing the waters of Totto Land in the aftermath of the Whole Cake Island incident.
