Perhaps the most cunning, treacherous pirate alive. Marshall D. Teach is the admiral of the Blackbeard Pirates. After double-crossing the World Government and slaying his former captain Whitebeard at the Summit War, he captured new territory and became an Emperor. His immediate eradication is of the utmost importance to the World Government. 

Associates – “Blackbeard” was a longtime member of the Whitebeard Pirates, until he murdered “Twin Blades” Thatch and subsequently defected. He has a history of targeting both naval and civil criminals for recruitment, such as the “Crescent Moon Hunter” Catarina Devon and “Demon Sheriff” Lafitte, respectively.

Vulgar and violent, this wrestler is making a name for himself in the New World. He is an original member of the Blackbeard Pirates and leads their first ship as a Titanic Captain. He was witnessed during the recent coup in Dressrossa, and was involved in the Baltigo incident. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – Jesus Burgess "The Champion" is relatively young compared to some of his crewmates. His previous criminal associations are not well documented, and he is mainly wanted for his involvement with the Blackbeard gang. As one of the top commanders of an Emperor's crew, he holds significant authority over subordinate pirate crews.

The head jailer of Impel Down until being placed on death row himself for abuse of his position. The full details have not been disclosed, but he was released during Blackbeard’s visit to Impel Down. Shiryu is now the second Titanic Captain of the Blackbeard Pirates. His immediate eradication is of the utmost importance to the World Government. 

Associates – Prior to his association with Blackbeard, “Shiryu of the Rain” was a government employee renowned for his deadly swordsmanship. He undoubtedly interacted with thousands of infamous criminals throughout his tenure as Impel Down's head jailer. Shiryu does not otherwise have any known criminal affiliates.

A cold-hearted sniper who boasts incredible speed and accuracy. An original member of the Blackbeard Pirates, he serves as the crew's third Titanic Captain. Please note that his effective attack radius is thought to be upwards of 3 miles. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – "The Supersonic" Van Augur is the youngest Titanic Captain, and accordingly very little record of his criminal history exists. He is mainly wanted for his high-level involvement with the Blackbeard gang. As one of the top commanders of an Emperor's crew, Augur holds significant authority over subordinate pirate crews.

A former king in the North Blue who was overthrown for his corruption and abuse of power. He was serving a life sentence in Level 6 of Impel Down until suddenly appearing amongst the Blackbeard Pirates at the Summit War, and now serves as their fourth Titanic Captain. His immediate eradication is of the utmost importance to the World Government.

A former policeman from the West Blue who was released for excessive violence. He is now the fifth Titanic Captain of the Blackbeard Pirates, and was one of the group's founding members. He is also a talented hypnotist with a track record of infiltrating high security locations. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – As a policeman, the "Demon Sheriff" Laffitte undoubtedly came into contact with numerous criminals. The West Blue is infamous for its connection to the underworld, the Five Families of the West being the predominant crime organizations. It is unknown whether Laffitte allied himself with any mafia groups before departing from the West Blue.

The most dangerous woman to have ever been imprisoned in Impel Down. She was serving a life sentence in Level 6 until suddenly appearing amongst the Blackbeard Pirates at the Summit War. Devon is now Blackbeard's fourth Titanic Captain and a top commander. Her immediate eradication is of the utmost importance to the World Government.

Wolf was serving a life sentence in Level 6 of Impel Down until suddenly appearing amongst the Blackbeard Pirates at the Summit War, and is now their seventh Titanic Captain. At nearly 600 feet tall, he is easily identifiable. His immediate eradication is of the utmost importance to the World Government.

A pirate with a drinking problem and a propensity for extreme violence. He had been serving a life sentence in Level 6 of Impel Down for his crimes until suddenly appearing among the Blackbeard Pirates at the Summit War, and is now their eighth Titanic Captain. His immediate eradication is of the utmost importance to the World Government.

A twisted ship doctor with a history of senseless violence. He is Blackbeard's ninth Titanic Captain and an original member of the crew. Apparently suffering from a terminal illness, he usually requires the help of his horse, named Stronger, in order to move about. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – Despite his desolate appearance, "Death God" Doc Q is surprisingly only in his late twenties. Owing to his relatively young age, his criminal past leading up to the formation of the Blackbeard Pirates isn't very well documented. As a top officer of the Blackbeard Pirates, Doc Q holds authority over subordinate pirate crews.

Arrogant and violent, this pirate captain was causing havoc in parts of the Grand Line. His crew was a subordinate crew of the Blackbeard Pirates, and had been successfully ransacking port towns for some time. ██████████████████ , ████████████████████ . He was later transferred into Marine custody by the Lulusia Kingdom citizens.

Associates – There is little information about the criminal associations of "Peachbeard". As a captain he was competent enough to lead a crew, and successful enough to be accepted as the subordinate of an Emperor. Following his capture, government intelligence has calculated the likelihood of a rescue attempt by Blackbeard as "Extremely low - negligible".
