Donquixote Pirates

A charismatic evil who ruled over Dressrossa for a decade. His Warlord status allowed him to lead the Donquixote Pirates in legal piracy for years, but following his defeat at the hands of Monkey D. Luffy he was arrested by the Marines for abuse of his Warlord status. Doflamingo is now stripped of his title and remains incarcerated in Impel Down.

Associates – Prior to his capture, the "Heavenly Demon" Doflamingo was notorious in the global underworld, going by the alias "Joker".  His underworld connections were scattered throughout the world, and he was even a partner of the Emperor Kaido. His crew, the Donquixote Pirates, were almost entirely captured alongside him in Dressrossa.

Crimes – Piracy, Theft, Illegal weapons dealing, Assault, Robbery, Kidnapping, Murder, Abuse of a government position, Threatening and/or blackmailing a government official, Coup d'état, Treason

A rather unsanitary man who served as Doflamingo’s advisor and mentor. As the Donquixote Pirates' Club seat occupant, Trebol was also the crew's staff officer prior to their defeat. A lifelong villain, his history as a criminal in the North Blue predates even that of his captain. He is safely in government custody following the events of the Dressrossa Incident. 

Associates – Trebol was a key player in the various conspiracies that were uncovered in the crew’s downfall. Additionally, he seems to have been heavily involved in the crew’s illegal underworld dealings, such as the sale of weapons across the New World. As the head of the Trebol Army, he was responsible for special operations alongside Sugar and Giolla.

A famous colosseum gladiator and heinous pirate. He was an executive officer of the Donquixote Pirates, having occupied the Diamond seat prior to the crew’s arrest. One of the original members of the crew, Diamante was responsible for numerous atrocities in the North Blue. He is now in government custody along with most of his crewmates.

Associates – As the “Hero of the Colosseum”, Diamante was a regular participant in gladiatorial matches. This brought him into contact with the warriors and observers who visited Dressrossa for matches. Within the crew, his leadership of the Diamante Army gave him command over the fighting specialists Lao G, Senor Pink, Machvise, and Dellinger.

A monstrous pirate with a short temper. Pica was the longtime occupant of the Donquixote Pirates' Spade seat. It appears that he was the one responsible for the construction of the enormous underworld port facility recently uncovered underneath Dressrossa. He was captured along with the majority of his crew following their defeat.

Associates – Like the other seat occupants, Pica was one of the founding members of the Donquixote Pirates. A North Blue thug even prior to the crew’s formation, he is a lifelong criminal. Pica's role in the crew saw him lead the Pica Army in commando operations, working closely with the officers Buffalo, Baby 5 and Gladius.

An old-timer and master practitioner of Jio-Ken. Despite his age, Lao G was one of the Donquixote Pirates’ strongest combatants right up until their arrest. A longtime member of the crew, he was responsible for numerous violent crimes in the North Blue and Grand Line. He was captured along with his crewmates by Admiral Fujitora’s battlegroup.

Associates – As the oldest member of the crew, Lao G’s criminal career also appears to span the longest timeframe. Although the details are not entirely clear, it appears that he has been involved in illegal activity for at least four decades. He served as a fighter in the Donquixote Pirates' designated combat division, the Diamante Army.

A tough but bizarre man who seems to enjoy dressing as an infant. He was serving as one of the Donquixote Pirates’ designated combatant officers. Reputed as a womanizer, his “hard-boiled” attitude was emphatically praised by several eyewitnesses to his arrest. He is in government custody following the aftermath of the Dressrossa incident.

Associates – Senor Pink was a top officer in his crew, and had authority over the lower ranking soldiers of the Donquixote Pirates. In spite of this, it seems that he preferred to work with the core members of the Donquixote Family. As a member of the Diamante Army, he would have mainly worked alongside Diamante, Lao G, Machvise, and Dellinger.

A large and somewhat portly flying wrestler. Machvise was an officer within the Donquixote Pirates before the crew’s defeat and arrest. Despite his relatively low bounty, he was a powerful fighter and longtime member of the crew. He is now safely in government custody along with most of the other officers.

Associates – As an officer, Machvise held authority over the numerous low-ranking members of the Donquixote Pirates. He was involved in the crew at least since their time in the North Blue, where his origins and criminal history prior to joining are largely unknown. As a member of the Diamante Army combat division, he worked closely with Diamante.

A young and supposedly psychotic human-fishman hybrid. He was apparently raised by the Donquixote Family since birth, growing up under the influence of cold-blooded killers. His aquatic abilities and combat techniques further guaranteed him an officer position within the crew. He was arrested with the other officers following their defeat.

Associates – Dellinger was the youngest member of the crew, but seemingly held a position of respect equal to the older members of the Donquixote Family. Although often tasked with wetwork and assassinations, he was nonetheless a member of the Diamante Army which was officially a combat division.

A demolitions expert and intellectual pirate. He was one of the officers of the Donquixote Pirates prior to their capture. Among the devil fruit users of the crew, his abilities were among several with the potential for widespread destruction. He is now in Marine custody following the events of the Dressrossa incident. 

Associates – Gladius generally held an advisory position and assisted with the coordination of crew operations. Being an officer in the crew, he also had authority over the numerous foot soldiers of the Donquixote Pirates. He was a member of the crew's Pica Army, the unit which specialized in commando operations.

A cruel pirate with a checkered past. He and his upstart crew formed in the affluent North Blue town of Notice. He spent several years as a underling representative of the Donquixote Pirates, managing to escape capture in the aftermath of the Dressrossa incident. This is a dangerous criminal with significant offensive capabilities, approach with serious caution. 

Associates – Two years ago, "Bellamy the Hyena" led his crew, the Bellamy Pirates, on the Grand Line. Their whereabouts, including the whereabouts of vice-captain "Big Knife" Sarquiss, are now largely unknown, and they are presumed disbanded. He appears to have a friendly relationship with "Straw Hat" Luffy, despite their duel at Mock Town.

An ex-government scientist with a long history of criminal research and underworld dealings. He is an expert in chemical weapons development and remains at large in the New World. Caesar Clown is known to ally himself with powerful pirate crews in order to remain hidden. His immediate capture is of the utmost importance to the World Government. 

Associates – "Master" Caesar Clown is an expert fugitive who seeks out strong partners in order to remain protected while he conducts his illegal experiments. He is a former government employee and has been involved in alliances with the "Heavenly Demon" Donquixote Doflamingo, as well as two separate Emperors of the Sea, Big Mom and Kaido.

An ex-pirate captain with an unlucky streak. He was the captain of the Brownbeard Pirates, terrorizing parts of the New World before suffering a brutal defeat at the hands of Basil Hawkins “The Magician”. Higelges apparently lost his legs in the incident. He unexpectedly turned himself in to Marine Branch G-5 at Punk Hazard, and is now in custody.

Associates – Chadros Higelyges, better known by his epithet “Brownbeard”, was a famous New World pirate prior to his capture. Although his crew didn’t consist of well-known pirates, he was nonetheless able to make a name for himself. He worked as an enforcer for the criminal scientist Caesar Clown before the latter’s defeat at the hands of Monkey D. Luffy.

A mysterious titan with a cool attitude. Rock is one half of the “Yeti Cool Brothers”, a pair of twins operating as assassins in the New World. With their enormous size and incredible speed, Rock and his brother Scotch are an impressive duo. This is a dangerous criminal with significant offensive capabilities, approach with serious caution. 

Associates – Rock of the “Yeti Cool Brothers” is closely partnered with his twin brother Scotch. As assassins, they generally perform contract work for various criminal organizations and underworld figures. They were notably on the payroll of Caesar Clown, the criminal scientist and international fugitive, prior to his disappearance. 

Crimes – Assault, Kidnapping, Murder

A mysterious titan with a cool attitude. Scotch is one of the Yeti Cool Brothers, a pair of hired guns that operate in the New World. With their enormous size and incredible speed, Rock and Scotch are a highly effective duo. This is a dangerous criminal with significant offensive capabilities, approach with serious caution. 

Associates – Scotch of the “Yeti Cool Brothers” is closely partnered with his twin brother Rock. As contract killers, they usually perform work for various criminal organizations and underworld figures. They were recently working under Caesar Clown, the criminal scientist and international fugitive.

Crimes – Assault, Kidnapping, Murder

A bloodthirsty pirate who committed numerous murders before his death. Wellington was known for brutal attacks on his rivals. He was reportedly killed in the North Blue by "Heavenly Demon" Donquixote Doflamingo during an altercation between their groups. His bounty has since been retracted. 

Associates – Prior to his death, little information was collected about Wellington or his crew. It is possible that due to his ruthless reputation, other criminal groups were not interested in associating with him over fears of violence. Wellington is one of thousands of pirates to have fallen victim to inter-criminal violence.
