Gladiators of Dressrossa

This one-legged toy soldier was wanted in the kingdom of Dressrosa for various acts of public disturbance. Additionally it was wanted in connection to the underground rebel movement that had taken shape. Following the defeat and arrest of the ruling Donquixote Family, the bounty is no longer active. The toy soldier's whereabouts are currently unknown. 

Associates – The "Thunder Soldier of Rage" was the alleged leader of a rebellion movement against the former king of Dressrossa, Donquixote Doflamingo. Other than this, it was not suspected to be involved with any other criminal organizations. The toy's human identity remains unknown and the case is now closed.

A rising star in the new generation of super rookies. He is the captain of the Barto Club, a bizarre pirate crew from the East Blue. A key player in the Dressrossa coup, he is now conducting what has been described as a "publicity campaign" in support of the Straw Hat Pirates. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – Bartolomeo "The Cannibal" is the representative of the Barto Club in the so-called "Straw Hat Grand Fleet", an organization consisting of those responsible for the Dressrossa Incident. Prior to forming his crew, his criminal history is not well documented. He is known to endorse the Straw Hat Pirates to an extent that borders on extremism.

A newcomer on the rise to the hundred million Berry mark. He serves as the Staff Officer of the Barto Club, a pirate crew formed in the East Blue. Alongside his captain Bartolomeo, he was present in Dressrossa during the coup that ousted the Donquixote Family. This is a dangerous criminal with significant offensive capabilities, approach with serious caution. 

Associates – As a Barto Club member, Gambia "The Missionary" is now a part of the so-called "Straw Hat Grand Fleet" made up of the criminal groups that orchestrated Dressrossa incident. He is known to be fiercely loyal to his captain and their overall cause. Gambia's grandmother is reportedly involved at the executive level of the crew's operations.

The former prince of the Bourgeois Kingdom who lives in exile as a pirate. Ousted for his over-popularity, he founded the Beautiful Pirates with his servants and became recognized as a super rookie. Curiously, he is also wanted in connection to the "Rommel Kingdom Terror". This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – The "White Knight Cavendish" represents the Beautiful Pirates in the so-called "Straw Hat Grand Fleet". For unknown reasons, he seems to hold a vendetta against members of the Worst Generation, with exception to "Straw Hat" Luffy, "Pirate Hunter" Zoro, and "Surgeon of Death" Trafalgar Law, his allies in Dressrossa.

Crimes – Piracy, Assault, Murder, Threatening and/or blackmailing a government official, Coup d'etat, Treason

An infamous Class-A war criminal from the South Blue. He has reportedly joined the Beautiful Pirates as a combatant after having sided with "White Knight Cavendish" in the Dressrossa incident. This is a dangerous criminal with significant offensive capabilities, approach with serious caution. 

Associates – Having committed treason in his homeland, any associations  that "Suleiman the Beheader" might have held are presumably moot. The Beautiful Pirates are now a subordinate crew within the Straw Hat Grand Fleet, and thus Suleiman is surely acquainted with fellow member crews.

A member of the infamous Chinjao Family and the grandson of Don Chinjao himself. He emerged as a key player in the Dressrossa incident, allying himself with the rebellion movement. Following Doflamingo's defeat, he was made the 13th Don of the Happo Navy by his grandfather. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – "Don Sai" is the representative of the Happo Navy in the so-called "Straw Hat Grand Fleet", the organization consisting of those responsible for the Dressrossa incident. The Happo Navy originated in Kano Country, and is alleged to maintain illegal ties with the ruling King Ramen. There are eight ships and approximately 1000 combatants in the navy.

A member of the notorious Chinjao Family and the grandson of Don Chinjao himself. In the aftermath of the Dressrossa incident, he became the first mate of the Happo Navy due to his brother Sai's promotion to Don. This is a dangerous criminal with significant offensive capabilities, approach with serious caution. 

Associates – As the first mate of the Happo Navy, Boo holds significant authority over its approximately 1000 members. It is unknown whether his promotion to first mate will entail any further responsibilities or powers within the fleet. He is a prominent member of the so-called "Straw Hat Grand Fleet" which was formed in the aftermath of the Dressrossa coup.

The patriarch of the legendary Chinjao Family, and a pirate who clashed with Vice Admiral Garp in the distant past. He officially retired from piracy decades ago, but retained leadership of the Chinjao Family until promoting his grandson Sai in the wake of the Dressrossa incident. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – "Chinjao the Drill" for decades held the position of 12th Don of the Happo Navy, the most prominent Kano Country militia. Suspected of maintaining illegal connection even with the Kano government, Chinjao's associations in the country are suspected to be numerous. It is unknown whether he is involved in the so-called "Straw Hat Grand Fleet".

A star adventurer from the Standing Kingdom. He is the admiral of the Yonta Maria Grand Fleet, a massive battlegroup consisting of over 4,300 men. A key player in the Dressrossa incident, he is now allied with the other perpetrators of the event. This is a dangerous criminal with significant offensive capabilities, approach with serious caution.  

Associates – The “Massacre Ruler” Orlumbus is the representative of his armada in the so-called “Straw Hat Grand Fleet”. With the most underlings out of any of the allied crews by far, his enormous fleet is a force to be reckoned with. Having now entered full-time piracy, he apparently cut ties with the Standing Kingdom by running off with all 56 fleet vessels.

Somewhat mean-spirited, this Mogaro Kingdom assassin works in the New World. Like his younger brother Bobby, he is one of the “Funk Brothers”. An expert boxer, he is able to combine his talents with his brother's in order to enhance their destructive power. This is a dangerous criminal with significant offensive capabilities, approach with serious caution. 

Associates – Kelly Funk of the “Funk Brothers” is effectively a member of the underworld. While not technically a pirate, his actions alongside his brother Bobby have earned him a sizeable bounty. Often performing deeds that indirectly benefit the Mogaro Kingdom, it is suspected that he and his brother are in fact agents of the Mogaro royal family.

A large and powerful assassin from the Mogaro Kingdom. With his older brother Kelly, he is one of the“Funk Brothers”. Although reportedly not much of an aggressor, he can combine his abilities with those of his brother in order to increase their strength. This is a dangerous criminal with significant offensive capabilities, approach with serious caution. 

Associates – Bobby Funk of the “Funk Brothers” is effectively a member of the underworld. While not a pirate, his actions alongside his brother Kelly have merited a bounty being placed on his head. Although the duo were in Dressrossa during the uprising that ousted Doflamingo, it doesn't appear that they allied themselves with any particular faction.

A cruel pirate with a checkered past. He and his upstart crew formed in the affluent North Blue town of Notice. He spent several years as a underling representative of the Donquixote Pirates, managing to escape capture in the aftermath of the Dressrossa incident. This is a dangerous criminal with significant offensive capabilities, approach with serious caution. 

Associates – Two years ago, "Bellamy the Hyena" led his crew, the Bellamy Pirates, on the Grand Line. Their whereabouts, including the whereabouts of vice-captain "Big Knife" Sarquiss, are now largely unknown, and they are presumed disbanded. He appears to have a friendly relationship with "Straw Hat" Luffy, despite their duel at Mock Town.

One of the youngest, most notorious criminals to sail the seas. He is the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates and a leading member of the Worst Generation. According to the World Economy News Paper, his power and status now position him among the Emperors of the Sea. His immediate eradication is of the utmost importance to the World Government. 

Associates –"Straw Hat" Luffy is known to associate with numerous other criminal organizations and individuals. These may include but are not limited to: the Red Hair Pirates, former Whitebeard Pirates, Heart Pirates, Firetank Pirates, the Revolutionary Army, Silvers Rayleigh, and the so-called "Straw Hat Grand Fleet" formed in Dressrossa (reportedly comprising upward of 5,600 members). He is the son of the world's most heinous criminal, the revolutionary Dragon.

An infamous combatant of the global rebellion, and the right hand man of the world's most heinous criminal. Sabo serves as the Chief of Staff for the Revolutionary Army under the revolutionary Dragon. Contact Cipher Pol directly with any relevant information. His immediate eradication is of the utmost importance to the World Government. 

Associates – "Sabo the Revolutionary" is the No. 2 of the Revolutionary Army and is responsible for the organization of personnel and logistical operations. His influence in the organization is supposedly second only to Dragon's. Government intelligence suspects a connection to the Straw Hat Pirates following Nico Robin's involvement with the rebellion.

Vulgar and violent, this wrestler is making a name for himself in the New World. He is an original member of the Blackbeard Pirates and leads their first ship as a Titanic Captain. He was witnessed during the recent coup in Dressrossa, and was involved in the Baltigo incident. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – Jesus Burgess "The Champion" is relatively young compared to some of his crewmates. His previous criminal associations are not well documented, and he is mainly wanted for his involvement with the Blackbeard gang. As one of the top commanders of an Emperor's crew, he holds significant authority over subordinate pirate crews.

A famous colosseum gladiator and heinous pirate. He was an executive officer of the Donquixote Pirates, having occupied the Diamond seat prior to the crew’s arrest. One of the original members of the crew, Diamante was responsible for numerous atrocities in the North Blue. He is now in government custody along with most of his crewmates.

Associates – As the “Hero of the Colosseum”, Diamante was a regular participant in gladiatorial matches. This brought him into contact with the warriors and observers who visited Dressrossa for matches. Within the crew, his leadership of the Diamante Army gave him command over the fighting specialists Lao G, Senor Pink, Machvise, and Dellinger.
