New Era Rookies

A con artist with a knack for tall tales and misrepresentation. He gained notoriety as the ringleader of the so called "Straw Hat Pirates", a group of imposters aiming to enlist powerful recruits on the Sabaody Archipelago. He was defeated by the Marines under the leadership of Sentomaru, and taken into custody shortly after the real Straw Hat Pirates appeared.

Associates – "Three-Tongued" Demaro Black's impostor crew consisted of at least six other criminals; Manjaro, Chocolat, Mounblutain, Drip, Cocoa, and Turco, as well as a pet fox imitating the Straw Hat gang's own pet racoon-dog. This was not his first criminal endeavor, and government intelligence is aware of dozens of other associates from years past.

Crimes – Piracy, Theft, Criminal vulgarity, Vandalism, Criminal harassment, Indecent Exposure, Fraud, Assault, Robbery, Kidnapping, Murder, Threatening and/or blackmailing a government official

A psychopathic, murderous villain emerging as a super rookie. He is co-captain of the Caribou Pirates alongside his brother Coribou, and is notorious as a Marine killer. After being duped by the fake "Straw Hats" at Sabaody, he eluded capture and entered the New World. It should be noted that his live capture would be greatly appreciated by the Marines.

Associates – As a pirate captain, "Wet-Haired" Caribou is mainly loyal to his crew, however there was an incident in which he left them to be captured by the G-5 Marine Branch. He led a successful rebellion against the Beasts Pirates while impersonating the revolutionary Gaburu, only to be kidnapped by "Red Flag" X Drake. His status is now unknown.

Crimes – Piracy, Theft, Trespassing, Indecent Exposure, Grand Larceny, Assault, Robbery, Kidnapping, Murder, Torture, Threatening and/or blackmailing a government official

A rather dim-witted pirate with a propensity for extreme violence. He is co-captain of the Caribou Pirates alongside his brother Caribou, and is responsible for numerous Marine casualties. Please note that his live capture would be preferred by the Marines. This is a dangerous criminal with significant offensive capabilities, approach with serious caution. 

Associates – "Blood-Spatterer" Coribou is extremely loyal to both his brother and crew. After escaping from the G-5 Marine Branch, he reunited with "Wet-Haired" Caribou in the worker's revolt against Scotch of the Beast Pirates. Caribou has not been sighted in months, leaving the future of the Caribou Pirates under Coribou's leadership uncertain.

An ambitious pirate looking to make a name for himself in the New World. He is one of several pirate captains to be fooled by Demaro Black's imposter "Straw Hat Pirates". Despite this, he was among the few able to evade capture by Sentomaru's Marines. This is a dangerous criminal with significant offensive capabilities, approach with serious caution. 

Associates – It seems that "Gashed Albion" is mainly concerned with his own notoriety as a pirate, however he is clearly not opposed to cooperation with other crews given his interest in joining the Straw Hat Pirates. Following the incident at Sabaody, it is unclear how many of his crew members were also able to escape or what their future plans are.

Crimes – Piracy, Assault, Robbery, Murder

A somewhat overconfident criminal who has now been brought to justice. He is one of several pirate captains to be fooled by Demaro Black's imposter "Straw Hat Pirates" on the Sabaody Archipelago. Having been defeated by a Pacifista under the command of Sentomaru, he was taken into Marine custody shortly thereafter.

Associates – Although a captain himself, Lip "Service" Doughty was clearly not above playing a subordinate role given his attempt to join the Straw Hat Pirates. It is unclear how many of his crew members were able to avoid capture in the aftermath of the Sabaody incident, and if so, what their future plans would be in the absence of their captain.

Crimes – Piracy, Trespassing, Vandalism, Assault, Robbery, Murder

A South Blue pirate whose aspirations were crushed at Fishman Island. Leading the Gyro Pirates through the Grand Line, he made for the New World only to face devastating defeat at the hands of Hody Jones' New Fishman Pirates. He escaped death and now presumably remains on the Grand Line. This individual should be considered armed and dangerous.  

Associates – "Crab-Hand Gyro" is the captain of a loyal crew, but it isn't clear whether he has other criminal associates. He is likely still recuperating from his defeat by the New Fishman Pirates, and government intelligence is looking for information on his crew and other possible affiliates.

A rising star in the new generation of super rookies. He is the captain of the Barto Club, a bizarre pirate crew from the East Blue. A key player in the Dressrossa coup, he is now conducting what has been described as a "publicity campaign" in support of the Straw Hat Pirates. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – Bartolomeo "The Cannibal" is the representative of the Barto Club in the so-called "Straw Hat Grand Fleet", an organization consisting of those responsible for the Dressrossa Incident. Prior to forming his crew, his criminal history is not well documented. He is known to endorse the Straw Hat Pirates to an extent that borders on extremism.

A newcomer on the rise to the hundred million Berry mark. He serves as the Staff Officer of the Barto Club, a pirate crew formed in the East Blue. Alongside his captain Bartolomeo, he was present in Dressrossa during the coup that ousted the Donquixote Family. This is a dangerous criminal with significant offensive capabilities, approach with serious caution. 

Associates – As a Barto Club member, Gambia "The Missionary" is now a part of the so-called "Straw Hat Grand Fleet" made up of the criminal groups that orchestrated Dressrossa incident. He is known to be fiercely loyal to his captain and their overall cause. Gambia's grandmother is reportedly involved at the executive level of the crew's operations.

A perverted fishman who carries the name and legacy of a legendary pirate. He is the captain of the Flying Pirates and the eighth descendant of the original Vander Decken. He was captured by King Neptune's forces after the attempted coup in the Ryugu Kingdom, and remains imprisoned on Fishman Island. His bounty has since been retracted.

Associates – Although his true name is Vander Decken IX, he follows centuries of tradition by using the simplified title of "Vander Decken". He briefly entered an alliance with the New Fishman Pirates, although each group ultimately betrayed one another. After losing their captain and their main combatant Wadatsumi, the future of the Flying Pirates is uncertain.
