Roger Pirates

Wealth, fame, power... Gold Roger, the King of the Pirates, attained this and everything else the world had to offer. And his dying words drove countless souls to the seas. Roger was the most successful pirate in history, and the only man to conquer the Grand Line and claim the One Piece. He was eventually captured and executed at his birthplace, Loguetown.

Associates – The "King of the Pirates" traditionally refused to enter alliances with other pirate groups, nor did he accept subordinate groups as some Emperors of the Sea do today. Instead, Roger relied on his relatively small crew to conquer the Grand Line, with famous individuals such as "Dark King" Rayleigh, and "Red-Haired" Shanks being former members.

A tremendously powerful legend from the old era. He was the first mate of the Roger Pirates and the right hand man of Gold Roger himself. Rayleigh has retired from piracy but remains one of the most wanted criminals in the world, having evaded capture for nearly 60 years. His immediate eradication is of the utmost importance to the World Government. 

Associates – The "Dark King" Rayleigh was second in command of the Roger Pirates and the first to have joined Roger. There have been occasional sightings of him, many of which are later confirmed by government intelligence. It isn't known whether he maintains communications with former crewmates like "Red-Haired" Shanks or "Buggy the Clown".

A legendary samurai and a former daimyo of the mysterious Wano Country. Oden was the only pirate to have verifiably sailed as a member of both the Whitebeard Pirates and Roger Pirates. Returning to his native country following the final voyage of the Roger Pirates, he was confirmed to have perished around that time some 20 years ago.

Associates – The "Foolish Lord" Kozuki Oden's career in piracy was brief, but extraordinary. After a short tenure as Whitebeard's second division commander, he went on to join the Pirate King Gold Roger in his final expedition to Laugh Tale. Needless to say, were Oden still alive today he would be one of the world's most wanted criminals.

A famous spearman and renowned physician. He was the doctor of the Roger Pirates during their final three years, making him a household name. Like other surviving Roger Pirates, his bounty remains active at its original amount and his capture is still a priority to this day. He appears to be at least semi-retired from piracy and his status is unknown.

Associates – Although keeping a low profile for decades, Crocus seems to have some form of contact with various pirate crews, especially those in the first half of the Grand Line. It isn't known whether he maintains communications with former crewmates like "Red-Haired" Shanks, "Buggy the Clown", or "Dark King" Silvers Rayleigh.

A sophisticated pirate who commands immense respect. He is chief of the Red Hair Pirates and one of the Four Emperors of the Sea. Shanks holds territory in the New World and is an experienced sailor from his time as an apprentice in the Roger Pirates. His immediate eradication is of the utmost importance to the World Government. 

Associates – "Red-Haired" Shanks has been involved in piracy since he was only a child. He began as an apprentice of the Roger Pirates, sailing alongside the likes of Gold Roger and the "Dark King" Rayleigh. He shares a brother-like relationship with former Warlord "Buggy the Clown", and apparently acted as a mentor for the infamous rookie "Straw Hat" Luffy.

A bizarre clown pirate leading an increasingly successful dispatch business. He is the captain of the Buggy Pirates and a former Warlord of the Sea, who has now had his protected status revoked following the abolition of the system. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – "Buggy the Clown" has a history of association with legendary pirates. He was an apprentice of the Roger Pirates, sailing with the likes of Gold Roger and Silvers Rayleigh. ████████████████ , a large number of infamous escapees joined his criminal group. Additionally, he is known to share a brother-like bond with "Red Hair" Shanks.
