Straw Hat Pirates

One of the youngest, most notorious criminals to sail the seas. He is the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates and a leading member of the Worst Generation. According to the World Economy News Paper, his power and status now position him among the Emperors of the Sea. His immediate eradication is of the utmost importance to the World Government. 

Associates –"Straw Hat" Luffy is known to associate with numerous other criminal organizations and individuals. These may include but are not limited to: the Red Hair Pirates, former Whitebeard Pirates, Heart Pirates, Firetank Pirates, the Revolutionary Army, Silvers Rayleigh, and the so-called "Straw Hat Grand Fleet" formed in Dressrossa (reportedly comprising upward of 5,600 members). He is the son of the world's most heinous criminal, the revolutionary Dragon.

A former bounty hunter turned pirate. He serves as the vice-captain of the Straw Hat Pirates, and like his captain Monkey D. Luffy is a member of the Worst Generation. Renowned for his unique swordsmanship, he is regarded as one of the world's top swordsmen. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – Aside from his crew, "Pirate Hunter" Zoro is known to associate with bounty hunters and other pirates. It is rumored that he trained as an apprentice of the "World's Strongest Swordsman" Dracule Mihawk. As vice-captain of the Straw Hat Pirates, he presumably holds considerable sway over the so-called "Straw Hat Grand Fleet".

A former small-time burglar who joined the Straw Hat gang in the East Blue as a navigator. While little is known about her combat capabilities, she has earned a considerable bounty due to her actions. Nami is also wanted for minor charges from prior to her involvement with the Straw Hats. This individual should be considered armed and dangerous.  

Associates – Aside from her crew, "Cat Burglar" Nami historically entered brief association with small-time pirate groups in the East Blue. Sources indicate that she would infiltrate these groups with the intent of later burglarizing them. She apparently had a long-term association with "Saw-Tooth" Arlong (captured), a former member of the Sun Pirates.

One of the earliest known members of the Straw Hat crew. He is the designated sniper known for his proficiency in long-range special warfare. He is rumored to be the son of the "Chaser" Yasopp of the Red Hair Pirates, although this is likely due to both pirates being snipers with similar names. This individual should be considered armed and dangerous.

Associates – Aside from his crew, "God" Usopp is not known to have belonged to any other criminal organizations. Government intelligence has advised that he could be related to "Sogeking", a Straw Hat associate who has been in hiding for two years following the Enies Lobby incident.

A promising chef from the East Blue, until he turned to a life of crime. He is the cook of the Straw Hat Pirates and specializes in powerful kicking attacks. He is also one of the four princes of the Germa Kingdom, a fact kept secret until very recently. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – Aside from his crew, "Black Foot" Sanji has several known associations. There are unconfirmed reports of his romantic involvement with high-ranking Okama officers in the Revolutionary Army. In addition, he undoubtedly shares a very close bond with his siblings and father "Garuda" Judge, rulers of the excommunicated Germa Kingdom.

This raccoon dog appears to be the Straw Hat crew's mascot and/or pet. It has apparently developed a taste for cotton candy, which can potentially be used to lure it. It is not considered to be a threat but is still wanted by the authorities. 

Associates – "Cotton Candy Lover" Chopper is not known to be involved with any other criminal gangs.

The sole survivor of the Ohara Incident, and a fugitive who has remained at large for over 20 years. She joined the Straw Hat Pirates as an archeologist and is presumably conducting forbidden research under their protection. Contact Cipher Pol directly with any relevant information. Associates – After sinking six ships in the West Blue, "Devil Child" Nico Robin went on the run in search of criminal groups to infiltrate. She spent four years as an operative of the Baroque Works crime syndicate, and more recently had a two year stint with the Revolutionary Army, before rejoining the Straw Hats at the Sabaody Archipelago.

A former thug from Water 7 who is now a full-fledged pirate. He is responsible for building the Straw Hat Pirate's ship, the Thousand Sunny, and later decided to join as the crew's shipwright. Associates – Prior to his involvement with the Straw Hats, "Cyborg" Franky was the ringleader of a violent street gang in Water 7. He supposedly once apprenticed under the infamous shipwright Tom, who was notably responsible for the construction of the Oro Jackson.

Amazingly, this pirate resurfaced after being presumed dead for over 50 years. He was recently the star of the wildly popular "Soul King Brook" rock tour, until returning to full-time piracy as the Straw Hat Pirates' musician. This is a dangerous criminal with significant offensive capabilities, approach with serious caution. 

Associates – Over 50 years ago, "Humming" Brook was one of the captains of the Rumbar Pirates. This pirate group was thought to have perished on the Grand Line, and it is unknown how he survived or whether there remain any other survivors. His associates from the Rumbar Pirates' original voyage are presumed either deceased or captured.

A notorious fishman pirate who was a member of the Sun Pirates and Seven Warlords of the Sea before resigning from both groups. According to the World Economy News Paper, he has now joined the ranks of the Straw Hat Pirates as a helmsman. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – Despite his criminal status, "Knight of the Sea" Jinbe is known to hold strong influence in the Ryugu Kingdom on Fishman Island. He is connected to the remaining Sun Pirates faction, in addition to being a prominent ally of the disbanded Whitebeard Pirates. He was an associate of the Big Mom Pirates until his defection to the Straw Hats.
