Worst Generation

Perhaps the most cunning, treacherous pirate alive. Marshall D. Teach is the admiral of the Blackbeard Pirates. After double-crossing the World Government and slaying his former captain Whitebeard at the Summit War, he captured new territory and became an Emperor. His immediate eradication is of the utmost importance to the World Government. 

Associates – “Blackbeard” was a longtime member of the Whitebeard Pirates, until he murdered “Twin Blades” Thatch and subsequently defected. He has a history of targeting both naval and civil criminals for recruitment, such as the “Crescent Moon Hunter” Catarina Devon and “Demon Sheriff” Lafitte, respectively.

One of the youngest, most notorious criminals to sail the seas. He is the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates and a leading member of the Worst Generation. According to the World Economy News Paper, his power and status now position him among the Emperors of the Sea. His immediate eradication is of the utmost importance to the World Government. 

Associates –"Straw Hat" Luffy is known to associate with numerous other criminal organizations and individuals. These may include but are not limited to: the Red Hair Pirates, former Whitebeard Pirates, Heart Pirates, Firetank Pirates, the Revolutionary Army, Silvers Rayleigh, and the so-called "Straw Hat Grand Fleet" formed in Dressrossa (reportedly comprising upward of 5,600 members). He is the son of the world's most heinous criminal, the revolutionary Dragon.

A former bounty hunter turned pirate. He serves as the vice-captain of the Straw Hat Pirates, and like his captain Monkey D. Luffy is a member of the Worst Generation. Renowned for his unique swordsmanship, he is regarded as one of the world's top swordsmen. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – Aside from his crew, "Pirate Hunter" Zoro is known to associate with bounty hunters and other pirates. It is rumored that he trained as an apprentice of the "World's Strongest Swordsman" Dracule Mihawk. As vice-captain of the Straw Hat Pirates, he presumably holds considerable sway over the so-called "Straw Hat Grand Fleet".

Crimes – Piracy, Public intoxication, Theft, Trespassing, Assault, Murder, Destruction of government property, Threatening and/or blackmailing a government official, Assaulting an intelligence agent, Escaping a government detention facility, Coup d'état, War declaration against the World Government 

A notorious troublemaker making big waves in the New World. He is the captain of the Heart Pirates and a former Warlord of the Sea, having lost his position for abusing it. He is responsible the Rocky Port incident, the destruction of Punk Hazard, and the Dressrossa incident. His immediate eradication is of the utmost importance to the World Government. 

Associates – Years ago, the "Surgeon of Death" Trafalgar Law was an apprentice of the Donquixote Pirates. He is evidently no longer connected to this group given the role he played in its downfall. He is known to be a key ally of "Straw Hat" Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates, having worked alongside them at Punk Hazard, Dressrossa, and now apparently in Wano.

A cruel pirate with the power of magnetism. Following a brutal campaign in the first half of the Grand Line, he led the Kid Pirates to the New World and is now openly challenging the Four Emperors. Please note that this pirate is known to indiscriminately target civilians. His immediate eradication is of the utmost importance to the World Government. 

Associates – While his own crew remains his focus, "Captain" Kid has occasionally embraced pirate alliances as a means of attaining power. In the New World he partnered with the On Air Pirates and Hawkins Pirates, only for the alliance to be defeated and usurped by Kaido and his Beasts Pirates. Kid himself did not join up with Kaido, and his status is unknown.

A murderous slasher also known as an intellectual. He is a combatant for the Kid Pirates and one of only two individuals in the Worst Generation to be members despite not leading a crew themselves. He was last witnessed engaging Kaido of the Four Emperors in the New World. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous.  

Associates – The "Massacre Soldier" Killer is fiercely loyal to his  partner "Captain" Kid. As a member of the Kid Pirates he was involved in the doomed alliance between the Kid, On Air, and Hawkins Pirates. As with Kid, he does not seem to have joined up with the Beasts Pirates following the alliance's defeat, and his current status is unknown.

A notorious agitator and something of a public nuisance. He is the former captain of the On Air Pirates and a member of the Worst Generation, but now serves as a high ranking combatant for the Beasts Pirates. He is known for playing dangerously loud and unwanted live music. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – The "Roar of the Sea" Scratchmen Apoo was originally an independent captain but joined with the Beasts Pirates sometime after entering the New World. He was briefly part of an alliance alongside the Kid and Hawkins Pirates, but this alliance seemingly crumbled after an encounter with the "King of the Beasts" Kaido.

A mysterious pirate who partakes in black magic and the occult. He is the former captain of the Hawkins Pirates, a member of the Worst Generation, and now a Headliner of the Beasts Pirates. Through his dark magical powers, he has gained a reputation for invulnerability. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – Basil Hawkins "The Magician" had for years been captain of his own crew, but joined up with the Beasts Pirates in the New World, earning a prominent status as a Headliner. He was temporarily part of an alliance with the Kid and On Air Pirates, but this alliance was defeated by Kaido and ultimately fell apart.

A former Marine rear admiral who betrayed his position and turned to a life of crime. He is the former captain of the Drake Pirates and a member of the Worst Generation. He joined the Beasts Pirates immediately after entering the New World and is a high ranking Flying Six Headliner. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – "Red Flag" X Drake was a promising Marine until his defection, and is well acquainted with many high ranking Marines. Drake followed in the footsteps of his father Diez Barrels, another Marine officer who defected in pursuit of riches. Other than his old crew and the Beasts Pirates, Drake has no known criminal connections.

An old fashioned mafia don turned full-time pirate. He is captain of the Firetank Pirates and a Worst Generation member. After years of accumulating enemies in the West Blue, he set out to sea. Most recently he was a combatant for the Big Mom Pirates, but ultimately betrayed them. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – Capone "Gang" Bege was the boss of one of the Five Families of the West for many years. Even amongst fellow underworld associates, he was known as a violent instigator who would conduct high profile assassinations with the intent of undermining rival organizations. He briefly allied his crew with the Straw Hat Pirates on Whole Cake Island.

Crimes – Piracy, Theft, Trespassing, Fraud, Racketeering, Grand Larceny, Illegal weapons dealing, Assault, Robbery, Kidnapping, Murder, Torture, Threatening and/or blackmailing a government official

A vulgar woman with an enormous appetite and bad reputation. She is the captain of the Bonney Pirates and a member of the Worst Generation. While she appears to be in her mid-twenties, it should be noted that her actual biological age is unknown. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – What little is known about "Big Eater" Jewelry Bonney's past is kept fairly confidential by Marine and World Government sources. She is understood to have some kind of connection with the Sorbet Kingdom in the South Blue, as well as with its former ruler, Bartholomew Kuma "The Tyrant".

Crimes – Piracy, Theft, Criminal vulgarity, Trespassing, Fraud, Assault, Robbery, Destruction of government property, Threatening and/or blackmailing a government official, Assaulting an intelligence agent, Escaping a government detention facility, Trespass of the Holy Land

An enormous man rumored to have fallen from the sky. Urouge is a member of the Worst Generation and the captain of the Fallen Monk Pirates. He is one of few to openly challenge the Four Emperors in the New World, and has notably skirmished with the Big Mom Pirates. This individual is known to be exceptionally strong and extremely dangerous. 

Associates – The "Mad Monk" Urouge is thus far only known to associate with his crew, a devout group of fighting monks. He has had run-ins with other members of the Worst Generation, such as the "Massacre Soldier" Killer, however it seems he is yet to enter into any high profile pirate alliances.
